Nicola and Owen Hazel (Owners) supporting a recent Dundee Science Festival event held at Dundee and Angus College Kingsway Campus Dundee supporting the Year of Food and Drink 2015. A fantastic opportunity to share with the student and staff the art of gelato making and tasting.
Using Jannettas Gelateria gelato students took part in a hotly-contested baking challenge judged by Chris Law, MP, who trained as a chef at the college. The winner Amy Carscadden meeting Owen Hazel who congratulated her success and offered an opportunity to showcase her Baked Alaska at the St Andrews premises.
Also present was Albert Close, chef lecturer, who was delighted to see the students being given support and advice from leaders in a business environment.
