Our Produce

We make our gelato and sorbet fresh each day, combining family techniques passed down over 118 years with a spirit of experimentation. Our menu reflects this balance of tradition and creativity.

Each morning, we prepare a fresh selection of breakfast pots, and by lunch, our filled ciabatta are ready to serve. Alongside our daily offerings, we continue to explore new flavours and techniques, letting the seasons and our curiosity guide us.

    Our hot brews and iced alternatives are made using Arabica beans from Brazil’s Cerrado region, roasted locally across the water in Dundee.

  • SEMIFREDDO

    Our take on the beloved tiramisu by delving into the frozen dessert world. Semifreddo has a texture described as the perfect middle ground between mousse and gelato.

  • CIABATTA SANDWHICHES

    From homemade pesto, tomato sugo, roasted peppers, fresh mozz, and Italian meats, we truly beleive these are little hidden gem.

  • BREAKFAST BOWLS

    A rotating selection of homemade granola, in-house spreads/jams and prepared fruit, offered as a takeaway breakfast option.

  • HOT CHOCOLATE

    We serve Italian-style hot chocolate, prepared in the traditional way for a rich, full flavour. Our original recipe is always available, alongside occasional special versions on selected days
