For pre-order items, your order will be shipped once stock arrives. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be dispatched together once all items are available.

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs where applicable, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

As colours and prints may vary slightly from screen to product, these differences are not considered faults.
